BOOTCAMP 2018!

What a year it's been for our Bootcampers! More and more of you want to get fit with us and we LOVE the atmosphere that's being created! Our Bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels, afterall, you have to start somewhere and there's only one way to get fit, right!?   

You go at your own pace until you're ready to ramp it up, you get out what you put in but we're big on safety and slow and steady will always win the race.

Another year is almost done, but we don't stop.  2019 Bootcamp session plans are already in the works.  A huge thank you to everyone who has joined us this year!
