Whangamata's Ella Williams has been a busy girl! She's been in France competing at the ISA World Surfing Games!. Ella comes from a talented surfing family, she trains hard both in and out of the water and lives at one of the best beaches New Zealand has to offer!. We are all super proud of Ella and her achievements!.

Hi team! As you may know, boxing has a ton of benefits - not only does it help with strength and fitness but it improves co-ordination. For example working the left side of the body engages the right side of the brain and visa versa. Each month we are lucky enough to work with a group of amazing people who live with Parkinson's. The gym that trains outside together! We had a bad run with weather in April but when the storms passed we got amongst the beautiful Autumn sunshine and took the crew up to the Pauanui Summit. If you haven't been, it's a must do! It can take anywhere from 25 - 50 minutes to reach the Summit, the track resembles a goat track in parts but trust me, the view, totally worth it.
Don't get me wrong, we love weights and classes, but nothing beats the outdoors and we enjoying ba
