Boot Camp by 25 to Life Fitness and BodyWork Gym has kicked off with a bang! Seeing the sun come up is definitely a good pay off for getting out of bed so early - how lucky are we to live here!
Our Boot Camp sessions are Tuesday and Thursday mornings 6am - 7am, and Saturday mornings 6.30am - 7.30am. They're based around strength, cardio and agility - functional training for functional bods!
Those who wish to join us on a casual basis are more than welcome and classes are suited to all fitness levels! ~ you are fitter than you think ;-) $10 per class!
