Why Boot Camp you ask? The combination of a team atmosphere, intense full-body cardiovascular and strength workouts and fitness education make Boot Camp weight loss programs very effective at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall coordination and balance.
Aside from partaking in effective and fun exercises you'll also join a social network of like minded men and women all working towards similar goals. You will receive body measurements and fitness testing pre and post Boot Camp so you can see the progress you've made over the 6 weeks!
We also offer a personalized 6 week training programme for you to really ramp up your 6 week training plan which you can do over and above Boot Camp sessions, as well as a nutritional guideline to compliment your exercise plan.

June 7 - July 17 (completed!) July 31 - September 8 (based here at the gym on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings 7am - 7.45am) September 19 - October 28 (based outdoors on Tuesday & Thursday mornings 6am - 7am, Saturday 6.30am - 7.30am) November 7 - December 16 (based outdoors on Tuesday & Thursday morning 6am - 7am, Saturday 6.30am - 7.30am)
