What is 25 to Life Fitness?

There's a saying "use it or lose it" and I firmly believe in this.  
"25 to Life" is a measure of time, meaning fitness isn't a fad, it truly should be viewed as a lifestyle so that you can reap the benefits for 25 years to life! 
25 to Life Fitness is all about making a conscious effort every day to do something your future self will thank you for.  Whether you're currently training or have never stepped foot into a gym, it's never too late to start!
